Aiden oversees venue management and academic timetable planning at PCI College, ensuring the efficient scheduling and delivery of all programmes across multiple teaching sites. He coordinates with internal teams and external partners to maintain a robust venue booking system, develop new site relationships, and resolve any scheduling or capacity issues. A key aspect of Aiden’s role is ensuring full compliance with GDPR and institutional policies, safeguarding data across all programme operations. He supports the smooth running of academic activities by maintaining accurate records, communicating timetable changes, and upholding high operational standards. Aiden’s expertise lies in timetable coordination, venue operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a higher education environment.

Aisling worked as the Senior Executive Administration Officer in the programmes office, and in 2023 promoted to Programmes Office Manager. She oversees the Programmes Office Department, managing the student attendance registers, issues feedback forms, and works closely with lecturers to ensure the timetable runs smoothly. Aisling has worked in Media, researching, and producing radio programmes, before moving on to administration in further/ higher education. Aisling strives to provide students/ lecturers with a positive higher education experience.



In her spare time, Aisling enjoys going to concerts and films. She loves to read, bake, and cook. Aisling is always ready to discuss food!

Breda joined PCI College in 2014 as the receptionist. She has since been promoted to her current role as Student Services Senior Manager. Breda is responsible for areas such as overseeing the student services team, maintaining the functionality of the department and supporting the students, including those with disabilities along their educational journey.

Bridin is the Clinical Administrator at PCI College since September 2024. She is responsible for implementing & co-ordinating all clinical requirement protocols across PCI College programmes, including all tasks critical to the effective operation of the clinical department. She works closely with and ensures students adherence to programme-specific clinical requirements alongside providing comprehensive support to facilitate students in the completion of their programme-required clinical obligations.

Bridin is an Addiction Counsellor with previous experience in Forensics, Youth Justice, and co-ordinating corporate & clinical programmes in psychological clinics.

Bruno’s primary responsibilities as a Student Recruitment & Retention Officer are to support the Marketing and Student Recruitment Department, focusing on student enquiries and applications. He is often the first point of contact for potential students and is responsible for managing the student application process with the Student Services Department.



Bruno holds a BA in Applied Social Studies in Social Care from Technological University Dublin. In his spare time, Bruno enjoys going to the gym, movies, and video games.

As Marketing Executive, Chiara is responsible for the college’s website, digital marketing initiatives, and broader promotional efforts. Her work involves launching new courses and events, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and supporting various communication channels to enhance student recruitment and engagement.

As Acting Head of Marketing & Student Recruitment, David brings over nine years of experience in the dynamic marketing landscape to his leadership role at PCI College. He is responsible for leading the marketing of all of PCI College programmes and initiatives, such as our Bespoke Training offering, in addition to organising the annual National Counselling & Psychotherapy Conference.

Donna gained qualifications in travel & tourism at The Liberties College. She has a background in financial services working in banks for many years before her time at PCI College. Donna has been with the college for the last 9 years. Her main role is Student Services Executive which she looks after student tuition fees, applications, registrations, and many student services administration tasks.



Over the years she also worked on reception and was the first point of contact for all external communications with always an enthusiastic manner and great customer service.



Donna is also our Health & Safety Officer; she takes responsibly for all staff and students safety in our main campus at Corrig House.

Emily is responsible for HR and Health & Safety Administration and supporting the college in maintaining and updating HR & Health and Safety standards She is a HR and administration professional, with over twenty years’ experience in HR and administrative roles in the hospitality, recruitment and pharmaceutical sectors.



She studied HR (CIPD) and employment law (IBEC) in The National College of Ireland and completed a diploma in Hotel and Catering Management in DIT (TU Dublin).  She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.



In her spare time she enjoys baking, cooking, walking and listening to music.

PhD in Art History and Criticism from Technological University Dublin (2021) , BSc Creative and Cultural Industries from Dublin Institute of Technology (2015) With a background in academic lecturing and research, Gráinne is committed to providing excellent third level education experiences for students and staff. As the Senior Examinations & Compliance Officer, she manages the life cycle of assignments, supporting students and staff throughout these processes, and oversees ethical compliance with academic and practical aspects of our courses.

BSc(Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy Hannah currently a pre-accredited integrative, person-centred therapist in the process of applying for my full accreditation. I completed four years of training in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the ICHAS. The college was based in Limerick, with my training delivered through their campus in Griffith College. Whilw studying, Hannah also worked as a carer for three years. This experience was hugely formative, strengthening my patience, empathy, and ability to support individuals with a wide range of needs, including clients with disabilities. It gave her a deep appreciation for the importance of compassion, accessibility, and dignity in care and therapeutic work. Hannah’s approach is integrative, with person-centred therapy at the heart of clinical practice with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, alongside other therapeutic modalities where appropriate, to meet each client’s individual needs. Hannah havs experience supporting a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, attachment-related concerns, burnout, caregiver stress, emotional regulation challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and personal development, also working with clients experiencing suicidal ideation and self-harm thoughts, always practising within ethical guidelines and with appropriate supervision. As a therapist, she aims to create a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. In her role as a coordinator, she brings the same supportive ethos, mindful of the pressures students may face, particularly around placement hours and client allocation, aiming to manage scheduling thoughtfully to reduce stress and ensure a welcoming, organised environment. From the very first intake call, the priority is that clients feel heard, reassured, and safe, fostering a positive and supportive experience, helping clients feel comfortable and confident in taking the first step towards therapy

Isabel joined PCI College in 2022 as Student Services Executive Officer. In her role, Isabel deals with day-to-day student queries, ensuring friendly and effective communication with our students, as well as handling student applications, enrolments, tuition fees and student records.



Isabel has a degree in English Studies from the University of Valladolid in Spain, where she is from. She has previously worked in Customer Service and English Language Teaching before moving on to Administration in higher education.



In her spare time, Isabel enjoys cooking, reading, and going to the cinema and concerts.

Jena is a pre-accredited counsellor/psychotherapist having completed a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MA in Psychotherapy. She has been working in a clinical capacity for the past three years and is currently progressing towards accreditation. She draws from an Integrative and Humanistic approach in her therapeutic work. In her role as Placement Strategy & Development Lead, Jena oversees the development and expansion of student placements across all programmes, including the PCI Counselling Service.



Jena establishes and maintains Quality Assurance best practices for placements, ensuring compliance with current and prospective regulatory standards for the counselling and psychotherapy profession.



Jena loves birdwatching, sea swimming and spending time in nature.

Prof.Dip in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. MIAHIP

Josephine is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience across private practice and a range of therapeutic and organisational settings. She is known for her compassionate, client‑centred approach, offering a safe, grounded space where individuals can explore their emotional world, heal, and grow. Josephine has extensive specialist expertise in suicide ideation, suicide intervention, clinical risk management, and governance, as well as many years of working directly with individuals affected by suicide bereavement. Her clinical background also includes specialised adolescent psychotherapy and a wide spectrum of bereavement work, informed by both advanced training and deep clinical practice. In addition, she has significant experience supporting individuals impacted by child sexual abuse, approaching this work with sensitivity, skill, and utmost care. Alongside her clinical work, Josephine has over 8 years’ experience in counselling service management, where she has led teams, developed clinical frameworks, and upheld best‑practice governance within complex environments. She is committed to creating collaborative, ethical, and supportive spaces where both clients and practitioners can thrive. Her leadership style reflects the same values that underpin her therapeutic approach with empathy, respect, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for change. She is delighted to now lead PCI Counselling Service.

Karen provides administrative support to the Academic Director and the Associate Academic Director, ensuring that high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times. Liaising closely with the Academic Director, Link Tutors, Programme Leaders and Department Heads across all programmes, managing programme materials, including quality assurance oversight. Karen’s administrative experience, IT skills, project management and research skills are key elements of her role. She is in her final year of the BSc (Hons) Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy here at PCI College.

Kayna works as the Student Services Executive. Kayna has a diverse background with experience in event planning, customer service, and in the financial services sector. Kayna’s role is supporting students and ensuring a positive experience throughout their academic journey.



Kayna enjoys travelling and is fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Greek.

Louise is a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with specialised training in Suicidology. Louise has been working with PCI College for the past 11 years in various roles initially as the counselling service coordinator role. Louise is one of our Senior Lecturers on our Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy, mentoring new lecturers onto the programme for the past 11 years and preparing students for the BSc. Since 2018 Louise has been in the role of Clinical Manager across programmes at PCI College. Louise has been supporting students in all clinical practice-related aspects of their training as well as writing, implementing, and monitoring clinical policies and procedures for PCI College’s BSc and our three MSc programmes. In her non-professional life, Louise is passionate about diversity, specifically Cultural Diversity and Cultural Integration. Louise spends most of her free time learning, singing, and teaching traditional folk songs from the Republic of Georgia!

Maureen has been working for PCI College for over a year now. Her background is in sales and reception, holding certification in but not limited to; psychology, reception skills, medical practise ethics and skills. She was receptionist/acting practice manager for a busy medical surgery before coming to PCI College. Maureen is the first point of contact for all of our external calls and navigates where the calls need to sent to within our many departments. She has been a great hit with both lecturers and students for her efficient and helpful manner on the phone. Reception at PCI is under our Student Services team. Part of the role is to be linked in with the department in their many tasks in making sure our students have what they need during their time with us as PCI.

Niamh joined PCI College in June 2025 as a Content Creator, bringing a passion for crafting engaging content across various platforms. From social media posts and blog articles to podcasts, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.



She leads content strategy efforts aimed at elevating PCI College’s brand visibility and promoting its range of courses. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, Niamh ensures that their collective efforts effectively communicate the values of PCI College and resonate with their audience, helping to achieve both branding and recruitment goals.



In her free time Niamh enjoys running and spending time with her dog Luna.

BA (Hons) in Integrative Psychotherapy (IICP). Associate Member of IACP Olivia holds a BA (Hons) in Integrative Psychotherapy, awarded through IICP, and is an Associate Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She has been working in a clinical capacity for the past three years and draws from a Person-Centred approach in her therapeutic work. In her role as Placement Partnership Co-ordinator with PCI College, Olivia supports the development and coordination of student placements across a range of clinical settings, helping to build partnerships with placement providers and support meaningful learning opportunities for psychotherapy students.
