Aiden oversees venue management and academic timetable planning at PCI College, ensuring the efficient scheduling and delivery of all programmes across multiple teaching sites. He coordinates with internal teams and external partners to maintain a robust venue booking system, develop new site relationships, and resolve any scheduling or capacity issues. A key aspect of Aiden’s role is ensuring full compliance with GDPR and institutional policies, safeguarding data across all programme operations. He supports the smooth running of academic activities by maintaining accurate records, communicating timetable changes, and upholding high operational standards. Jena is a pre-accredited counsellor/psychotherapist having completed a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MA in Psychotherapy. She has been working in a clinical capacity for the past three years and is currently progressing towards accreditation. She draws from an Integrative and Humanistic approach in her therapeutic work. In her role as Placement Strategy & Development Lead, Jena oversees the development and expansion of student placements across all programmes, including the PCI Counselling Service.Jena establishes and maintains Quality Assurance best practices for placements, ensuring compliance with current and prospective regulatory standards for the counselling and psychotherapy profession.
Jena loves birdwatching, sea swimming and spending time in nature.

Josephine is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience across private practice and a range of therapeutic and organisational settings. She is known for her compassionate, client‑centred approach, offering a safe, grounded space where individuals can explore their emotional world, heal, and grow. Josephine has extensive specialist expertise in suicide ideation, suicide intervention, clinical risk management, and governance, as well as many years of working directly with individuals affected by suicide bereavement. Her clinical background also includes specialised adolescent psychotherapy and a wide spectrum of bereavement work, informed by both advanced training and deep clinical practice. In addition, she has significant experience supporting individuals impacted by child sexual abuse, approaching this work with sensitivity, skill, and utmost care. Alongside her clinical work, Josephine has over 8 years’ experience in counselling service management, where she has led teams, developed clinical frameworks, and upheld best‑practice governance within complex environments. She is committed to creating collaborative, ethical, and supportive spaces where both clients and practitioners can thrive. Her leadership style reflects the same values that underpin her therapeutic approach with empathy, respect, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for change. She is delighted to now lead PCI Counselling Service.Â

Karen provides administrative support to the Academic Director and the Associate Academic Director, ensuring that high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times. Liaising closely with the Academic Director, Link Tutors, Programme Leaders and Department Heads across all programmes, managing programme materials, including quality assurance oversight. Karen’s administrative experience, IT skills, project management and research skills are key elements of her role. Louise is a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with specialised training in Suicidology. Louise has been working with PCI College for the past 11 years in various roles initially as the counselling service coordinator role. Louise is one of our Senior Lecturers on our Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy, mentoring new lecturers onto the programme for the past 11 years and preparing students for the BSc. Since 2018 Louise has been in the role of Clinical Manager across programmes at PCI College. Louise has been supporting students in all clinical practice-related aspects of their training as well as writing, implementing, and monitoring clinical policies and procedures for PCI College’s BSc and our three MSc programmes. In her non-professional life, Louise is passionate about diversity, specifically Cultural Diversity and Cultural Integration.
