Lecturer with PCI College for the past 15 years with a special interest in personal and professional development and am passionate about how important this is in the work of being a counsellor.  Our own self-awareness is key to helping others.  

Interests are reading, walking and listening to podcasts in the areas of mindfulness, breathing techniques and self-awareness.
