Mindfulness and self-care are great practices to help us manage our anxiety and help us to make rational decisions during this time of uncertainty.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, bringing awareness to the fore without judgement or interpretation. Mindfulness based practices include breathing exercises, guided meditations and stress reduction relaxation.

Entry Requirements

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Mindfulness Training may not be considered suitable at this time for those affected with acute depression, active or recent substance misuse, alcohol or drug addiction (recommendation two years full sobriety for Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention), PTSD, Bi-polar, current or past psychosis, significant long-standing interpersonal difficulties, recent trauma or significant unresolved loss.
