Aside from being a PCI Faculty Lecturer, Carol runs a private practice in Co. Mayo, working with adults and couples. Practicing from an integrative style of counselling with the person-centered approach and its philosophy of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard at the heart of each and every session. Carol is a PCI Academic Team Leader who manages Student Concerns & Resolutions. The primary role of the Academic Team Leader is to provide academic and administrative leadership within the Athlone & Carrick on Shannon regions. Duties include ensuring Lecturers provide a top-quality learning experience to students along with overseeing the delivery of your programme to the highest standard and within the expectations of the college as stated within college policies and procedures.
