Mindfulness free live online class


We are going through a lot and it can be hard for us to disconnect from the news and to reconnect with ourselves. If you need some time to yourself, why not join us for this online free session on Mindfulness? It is a free 1-hour meditation session which can be very helpful to handle anxiety, relieve stress and to reconnect with yourself.


We all are going through this together, so we hope that this session might help whoever is in need of some support.

Oonagh Hogan


Psychotherapist (MIACP), lecturer/mental health trainer, mindfulness practitioner and working with people experiencing homelessness.


Oonagh has been sharing Mindfulness tips every week on our Facebook Page.


Course details:

  • It will start with a discussion on breathing exercises to help self sooth/manage anxious feelings 
  • then leading onto a body scan meditation
  • The lecturer will encourage people to journal during this hour and so will ask that everyone has a pen and paper with them.
  • Also recommended to have a blanket to cover yourself during the body scan for warmth and a bottle of water for afterwards.
