Professional Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

About the Course

The approaches presented are usable, up-to-date and strongly evidence-based. Participants learn to observe, assess, evaluate, and formulate treatment using the client's environmental influencers as well as thoughts, moods and emotions, and behaviour.

The assessment is a written assignment.

20 hours of work with clients using CBT
3 sessions with a qualified supervisor to review your client work
