This is a one-day workshop. Workshops can be taken individually, and/or combined to make up the requirements for the Certificate Course.
The CBT Courses are designed to help helping professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to incorporate CBT into their practice. The approaches presented are usable, up-to-date and strongly evidence-based.
