About the Programme
Anger is on the increase in all areas of public and private life. This workshop offers the opportunity to understand the nature of anger and its relationship to personal difficulties. Participants will gain:- Effective interventions to use in Anger Management.
- Insights into what triggers your own anger and a healthy expression of anger
Noeleen is an accredited Counselor and Supervisor with IACP. She is a PCI College lecturer and the Adult Counselling Co-ordinator in a family centre in Waterford. In addition she works as a school counsellor and maintains a private practice as a counsellor and supervisor.
