 COVID - 19

Announcement- 25th March 2020

Following the announcement that was made yesterday afternoon by our Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar TD for schools, colleges and universities to remain closed until the 19th of April 2020 and Tuesday’s announcement by Prime Minister, Boris Johnson MP, of the general lockdown in the UK, I would like to let you know PCI College’s operating status and contingency arrangements in relation to the evolving COVID-19 situation.

• All classes are being delivered online following the standard timetable, which commenced successfully yesterday the 24th of March 2020.

• PCI College will remain open during this period, with all staff working remotely from home • PCI Counselling Service is currently operating an online/telephone counselling service; supporting our clients during this unprecedented time and enabling students to complete their clinical requirements.

• Student Placements will run via online/telephone support on condition that their Placement and Supervisor agree to support this, and the Client Work Co-ordinator is available. Corrig House, Dublin and Malone Road, Belfast will remain closed to the public until Monday the 20th of April 2020. Whilst these timeframes may change, this is the date we are working to at present.
